THE PERFECTIONIST

Emily founded COHO Collective out of her joy and passion for hosting short-term rental stays for guests. She saw a need for modern and adaptable co-hosting services in our area.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Emily relocated to Bozeman, Montana in 2019. Most recently, Emily served as the Director of Operations at a remote financial advisory firm. She left the financial services industry in the summer of 2024 to dedicate her time to COHO Collective.

Emily loves exploring Yellowstone National Park, where she captures pictures for her Instagram account, @HoofandTalon406. Her other passions include rockhounding, seeking treasures in thrift stores, and tackling various home improvement projects.

THE JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES

Austin is our seasoned property management expert, boasting nearly a decade of experience in the field. His background includes working in high-end property management roles at the Yellowstone Club and Spanish Peaks Mountain Resorts, where he managed a substantial portfolio of luxury homes and rental properties.

His ability to navigate intricate operational environments, coupled with his steadfast dedication to guest satisfaction, distinguishes him from other property managers.

In his free time, he's found guiding big-game hunts, hiking through Montana's expansive wilderness, and exploring rugged terrain on horseback.

THE OPERATIONS GURU

Born and raised in Lenexa, Kansas, Zaren earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. After relocating to Ennis, Montana in 2022, she started her career in hospitality.

Zaren joined the team in August 2024 and is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience at all of our properties.

THE CREATIVE

Molly began her work at COHO Collective in June 2024 while she was in Montana State University’s hospitality program.

She was born and raised in Park City, Utah, where she became interested in the sense of community small-town residents bring.

When Molly has time to slow down, you can find her running, drawing, painting, and hanging out with friends.

THE CONTENT CURATOR

Owner of Studio2Skip

Halle, founder of the Bozeman-based Studio 2 Skip, combines her passion for drawing with a strategic focus on brand design. She joined COHO Collective in December 2024 and now leads the charge in managing our social media presence.

Outside of design, Halle draws inspiration from rock climbing, skiing, and mountain biking—activities that fuel her creativity and keep her work rooted in a spirit of adventure.

THE PROPERTY BRAND DESIGNER

Serena has had the opportunity to support over 100+ businesses grow their brands since 2019. Ranging from business start-ups to consulting and design for million-dollar consumer brands & Influencers.

She is motivated by witnessing business owners achieve tangible and transformative results by investing in their brand presence and watching their connection with their customers flourish.

Serena believes in creating a curated and detailed experience for any brand she is a part of so that the guest experience can be maximized at every level.

THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Owner of LCPhotostyle

Born out of the need to create, Lindsey started LCPhotostyle in 2020 after the pandemic eliminated her creative director role in the luxury wedding and events industry. Since then, Lindsey has worked for clients of all kinds, including Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, she brings creativity and dedication to every project.

After living in the Denver area for 9 years, Lindsey moved to Bozeman in 2024 with her husband Jon, a Bozeman native, and their 3.5-year-old son, Archer.
