THE PERFECTIONIST

Originally from Northern Virginia, Emily is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ with nine years of experience in client advisory and consulting. She relocated to Bozeman, Montana in 2019.

Most recently, Emily served as the Director of Operations at Brooklyn Fi, a remote financial advisory firm. In this role, she managed the company’s HR, IT, finance, and bookkeeping processes. Emily left the financial services industry in 2024 to pursue her passion for hosting short-term rentals.

Emily loves exploring Yellowstone National Park, where she captures wildlife pictures for her Instagram account, @HoofandTalon406. Her other passions include rockhounding, seeking treasures in thrift stores, and tackling various home improvement projects.

THE JACK-OF-ALL-TRADES

Austin is our seasoned hospitality and property management expert, boasting nearly a decade of experience in the field. He is deeply passionate about guest satisfaction and operational excellence. His background includes working in high-end property management roles at the Yellowstone Club and Spanish Peaks Mountain Resorts, where he expertly managed a substantial portfolio of luxury homes and rental properties.

His ability to navigate intricate operational environments, coupled with his steadfast dedication to guest satisfaction, distinguishes him from other property managers.

In his free time, he's often found guiding big-game hunts, hiking through Montana's expansive wilderness, and exploring the rugged terrain on horseback.

THE CREATIVE

Molly is a dedicated student at Montana State University, where she is pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management. She was born and raised in Park City, Utah where she became interested in the sense of community small-town locals bring.

Driven by her innate love for people, she is committed to mastering the intricacies of hospitality management. She believes in the transformative power of exceptional services and aims to create unforgettable experiences for guests, making their visits memorable and delightful.

When Molly has time to slow down you can find her running, drawing, painting, attending local events, and hanging out with friends.

THE CONTENT CURATOR

Raised in the small town of Glendive, Montana, Steph moved to Bozeman nine years ago for college. As a registered nurse, Steph has found joy in building connections and fostering community here in Bozeman.

She has had a longstanding passion for social media and marketing and is grateful for the opportunity to help grow COHO Collective’s following.

THE OPERATIONS GURU

Born and raised in Lenexa, Kansas, Zaren earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. After relocating to Ennis, Montana in 2022, she built her career in hospitality, management, and administration.

With a deep passion for hospitality, Zaren is committed to providing an exceptional guest experience at all of our COHO Collective properties.
