This package is available to new hosts (hosting less than 6 months or < 10 guest reviews).

This is a flat-fee project, starting at $1,250, that is typically completed within 30 days.

• Capture, edit, and upload property photos to provide a clean and cohesive look

• Create or update your Airbnb listing with detailed descriptions to appeal to quality guest

• Review current inventory to ensure the property is guest-ready

• Set dynamic pricing for 90 days

• Install and integrate Smart Lock for seamless check-in and check-out

• Create a ‘House Manual’ to share with guests

• Customize and automate messages for booking confirmation, check-in, and check-out

• Prepare a cleaning checklist unique to your property

$499 Onboarding Fee + 15% of the nightly rate.

• Optimize and maintain your listing(s) on Airbnb

• Write captivating descriptions and clear instructions

• Capture, edit, and upload high-quality photos to showcase your property

• Set dynamic pricing, considering market trends, seasonality, and events

• Answer guest inquiries and booking requests

• Send booking, check-in, and check-out messages

• Check on guests during their stay to ensure their expectations are met

• Create a ‘House Manual’ including check-out procedures and details about your property

• Request timely reviews from guests

• Respond to guest reviews

• Gather and implement feedback to improve your listing

• Provide a cleaning checklist customized to your property to ensure quality standards are met

• Be available 24/7 to communicate with your guests

$499 Onboarding Fee + 25% of the nightly rate.

In addition to the Premium services (see above), Elite services include:

• Property inspections to ensure cleaning standards are upheld

• Keep a log of areas of improvement noted in reviews and private feedback and how we solved them

• Manage clean team to ensure the listing is ready for incoming guests

• Curate a digital guidebook to add to your listing(s) (dining and activities in your area)

• Hold semi-annual calls with owner(s) to discuss goals and areas of improvement

• Purchase and stock essentials (toiletries, towels, sheets, and household supplies)*

• Oversee wear-and-tear maintenance requests and respond to urgent maintenance requests*

• Source local goods to curate a unique and special guest experience*

• Coordinate painting and small-scale home improvement projects*

* Items will be billed separately.

These additional services are typically only available to property owners engaged in an ongoing service.

Interior Design

• Spruce up your property with a design refresh (source, purchase, and place furniture + decor)

Airbnb Branding

• Work with local graphic designer, Serena at Gossack Creative, to create a custom Airbnb brand kit

Airbnb Merchandise

• Order custom “merch” through local artisans (stickers, mugs, private label candles, etc.) to display or sell

Expand Your Portfolio

• Work closely with our trusted local realtor to identify short-term rental investment opportunities
