$399 Onboarding Fee + 25% of the nightly rate.
In addition to the Premium services (see above), Elite services include:
Monthly property inspections to ensure cleaning standards are upheld
Keep a log of areas of improvement noted in public reviews and private feedback and how we solved them
Manage and/or source clean team(s) to ensure the listing is ready for incoming guests
Curate a digital guidebook to add to your listing(s) (dining, hiking, and activities in your area).
Order a custom guestbook for your property
Hold semi-annual calls with owner(s) to discuss goals and areas of improvement.
Purchase and stock essentials (toiletries, towels, sheets, and household supplies)*
Oversee wear-and-tear maintenance requests and respond to urgent maintenance requests*
Source local goods to curate a unique and special guest experience*
Coordinate painting and small-scale home improvement projects*

Spruce up your property with a design refresh (source and place furniture, decor, plants, etc.)

Order custom “merch” through local artisans (stickers, mugs, private label candles, etc.)

Create and manage your property’s social media to help drive traffic and increase brand awareness
This includes creating a custom hashtag and Instagram page, as well as posting, interacting with followers, etc.

Work with trusted local realtors to identify short-term rental opportunities
