  • We provide services to property owners in Bozeman, Gallatin Gateway, Four Corners, Belgrade, Livingston, and Paradise Valley.

  • We co-host homes, townhouses, and guesthouses. We also love to co-host unique stays like yurts, geodesic domes, wall tents, and silos.

  • We collect a percentage of the nightly rate when you are paid out as the host. We don’t make money unless you do!

  • We are co-hosts. Unlike property management groups, you are always listed as the owner of your property, your guest reviews belong to you, and you receive payouts in real-time.
