Co-hosting
FAQs
Why should I hire a co-host?
A traditional property management group requires your Airbnb listing to be under their hosting account. This is an old-school model that doesn't work for owners in the highly competitive Airbnb market in Montana.
Do I need a co-host?
There is a common misconception that managing a vacation rental is a passive income stream.
The reality is that an optimized vacation rental can be challenging to maintain on your own. Your time matters. How do you want to spend it?
What type of properties do you co-host?
We co-host homes, townhouses, and guesthouses. We love to co-host unique stays like yurts, geodesic domes, wall tents, and silos.
What areas in montana do you serve?
We provide services to property owners in Bozeman, Belgrade, Livingston, Paradise Valley, and Ennis.
What are your co-hosting fees?
We collect a percentage of the nightly rate (typically between 15% and 25%) when you are paid out as the host. This is not charged on the cleaning fee or other fees, only the rate per night.
AKA, we don’t make money unless you do!
ARE YOU A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP?
Both — we are co-hosts and licensed property managers.
Unlike traditional property management groups, you will always be listed as the owner of your property, your reviews belong to you, and you receive payouts in real-time.

How do you manage housekeepers and frequent turnovers?
We created Sage + Spruce Collective - a short-term rental cleaning company by hosts for hosts.
